Email Import for eDOCS DM

Email Import for eDOCS DM is designed to help you bring Outlook content into your eDOCS DM system in bulk.


Features include:

  • Select an Outlook folder and optionally all subfolders for importing all at once
  • A single profile is displayed allowing you complete a 'master' profile once for all items.
  • Each message and attachment is profiled using the master profile, replacing document name with the message/attachment name, setting the correct application ID
  • Progress is displayed during profiling and processing, listing all messages, and showing profiling taking place
  • All email threads are maintained.
  • Process runs unattended once started.
  • Any errors or problems are displayed in a summary report at the end of the process.

Requirements

eDOCS DM 5.x, with eDOCS DM Outlook integration, Outlook 2000/XP/2003, CDO (optional component that ships with Outlook).
